NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By entering or otherwise participating in the Redline Racing Wheel Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Redline Racing LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, managers, members, owners, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Redline Racing LLC, as well as persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to participate.
“Immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and their respective spouses.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or potential winner.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Redline Racing Wheel Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on September 1, 2026and is scheduled to end at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 30, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to extend the Giveaway Period for up to an additional fourteen (14) calendar days beyond the originally scheduled end date.
If Sponsor extends the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will announce the revised end date through the official Redline Racing website and/or official social-media accounts before the originally scheduled end date.
The final end date announced by Sponsor will control for purposes of determining the deadline for eligible entries.
All eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, including any officially announced extension period, will remain eligible for the drawing.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry:
A. PURCHASE ENTRY
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may earn entries through qualifying purchases of Redline Racing merchandise through the official Redline Racing online store.
For each whole $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise, the purchaser will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway, subject to any applicable promotional multiplier described in Section 6.
Entries will be calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before sales tax and shipping or handling charges.
Examples:
- $50 eligible merchandise purchase = 50 entries
- $55 eligible merchandise purchase = 55 entries
- $100 eligible merchandise purchase = 100 entries
Purchases must be completed during the applicable Giveaway Period or promotional period to qualify.
If an eligible purchase is canceled, refunded, returned, charged back, or otherwise determined to be invalid before the drawing, the entries associated with that purchase may be voided.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify purchases and entry eligibility.
Purchasing merchandise is not required to enter or win the Giveaway.
B. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY
To enter without making a purchase, an eligible participant may submit a handwritten Mail-In Entry.
The participant must legibly handwrite the following information on a plain 3 x 5 inch piece of paper:
- Full legal name;
- Complete mailing address;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Date of birth; and
- A statement confirming that the entrant has read and agrees to these Official Rules.
Mail the completed entry in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Each valid Mail-In Entry will receive twenty (20) Giveaway entries.
The Mail-In Entry must be individually mailed and may not be photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or generated through automated means.
Limit one (1) Mail-In Entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period, including any extension period.
Mail-In Entries must be received by Sponsor no later than the applicable Giveaway Period end date, including any officially announced extension.
Mail-In Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, reproduced, fraudulent, late, misdirected, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
All Mail-In Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, or illegible Mail-In Entries.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A participant does not need to purchase merchandise to participate in the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is not a raffle, and purchasing merchandise is not a purchase of a raffle ticket.
Sponsor will not represent that purchasing merchandise is necessary to enter or that purchasing merchandise guarantees a prize.
All promotional communications will include or be subject to the “No Purchase Necessary” requirement stated in these Official Rules.
6. PROMOTIONAL MULTIPLIERS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Sponsor may conduct limited-time promotional campaigns during the Giveaway Period.
Promotional campaigns may include, but are not limited to:
- 2X Entry promotions;
- 3X Entry promotions;
- Bundle promotions;
- Limited-time merchandise promotions; and
- Other promotional entry opportunities.
Sponsor will announce the applicable promotional period, qualifying merchandise, multiplier, bonus, or other applicable terms through the official Redline Racing website and/or official social-media accounts.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, promotional multipliers apply only to qualifying purchases made during the stated promotional period and will not apply retroactively.
For purposes of the purchase-entry calculation:
- A qualifying purchase during a 1X Entry period receives one (1) entry for each whole $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise.
- A qualifying purchase during a 2X Entry period receives two (2) entries for each whole $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise.
- A qualifying purchase during a 3X Entry period receives three (3) entries for each whole $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise.
For example:
- $50 purchase during a 1X period = 50 entries
- $50 purchase during a 2X period = 100 entries
- $50 purchase during a 3X period = 150 entries
Sponsor may designate existing merchandise bundles as qualifying promotional merchandise during a specified promotional period.
Sponsor may announce a promotion such as “2X Entry Week,” “3X Bundle Week,” or a similar promotional campaign, provided the applicable terms and dates are clearly stated in the promotional announcement and are consistent with applicable law.
Promotional multipliers will not change the prize, eligibility requirements, drawing method, or Giveaway Period.
Sponsor may modify or discontinue a promotional offer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. ENTRY VERIFICATION AND FRAUD
Sponsor reserves the right to verify any entry or purchase and to disqualify any person who attempts to manipulate, abuse, or interfere with the Giveaway.
Fraudulent or prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information;
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing entry limitations;
- Using bots, scripts, macros, or automated entry systems;
- Submitting reproduced or mechanically generated Mail-In Entries;
- Submitting entries on behalf of another person without authorization;
- Attempting to obtain entries through fraudulent purchases;
- Purchasing merchandise and improperly reversing, disputing, or otherwise invalidating the transaction for the purpose of retaining Giveaway entries; or
- Attempting to interfere with the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway.
Any entries determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means may be voided.
8. WINNER SELECTION
After the Giveaway Period ends, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
If the Giveaway Period is extended, the drawing will take place after the extended Giveaway Period ends.
The drawing date will be announced through the official Redline Racing website and/or official social-media accounts.
Sponsor may use a third-party randomization service or another random drawing method designed to select an eligible entry fairly and randomly.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with the winning entry.
The potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility.
The potential winner may also be required to complete and return an eligibility confirmation, prize acceptance agreement, liability/publicity release, tax documentation, and/or other documents reasonably required by Sponsor.
The potential winner will have five (5) calendar days from the date of notification to respond unless Sponsor provides a different deadline.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible, refuses to provide required information, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
10. GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
The winner will receive their choice of:
OPTION 1
One (1) set of Weld Solana wheels, 17x10
OR
OPTION 2
One (1) set of KMC IMS wheels, 17x8.5
The winner may select only one (1) of the two available wheel options.
The prize does not include installation, mounting, balancing, tires, vehicle modifications, transportation, or other costs unless expressly stated by Sponsor.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
If Sponsor is unable to provide the selected prize for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
11. PRIZE TAXES AND EXPENSES
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance, possession, installation, transportation, or use of the prize, except for taxes or expenses Sponsor is legally required to pay.
Sponsor may request information from the winner and/or provide tax documentation if required by applicable law.
The winner should consult their own tax professional regarding the tax consequences of receiving the prize.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to disqualify any individual who:
- Violates these Official Rules;
- Attempts to interfere with the Giveaway;
- Tampers with the entry process;
- Uses fraudulent or deceptive methods;
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Uses automated entry methods; or
- Engages in conduct that threatens the fairness, security, integrity, or proper operation of the Giveaway.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control interfere with the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated, Sponsor may award the prize through a random drawing from among eligible, non-suspect entries received before termination, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Redline Racing LLC and its owners, members, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, and related parties from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
- Participation in the Giveaway;
- Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize;
- Unauthorized human or technical intervention;
- Technical failures affecting the Giveaway;
- Lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected entries; or
- Any violation of these Official Rules,
except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, social-media handle, and/or winning announcement for promotional and advertising purposes relating to Redline Racing and the Giveaway without additional compensation.
15. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social-media platform.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that the applicable social-media platform is not responsible for the Giveaway or for claims arising from participation.
16. PRIVACY
Personal information collected from entrants may be used for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the potential winner, fulfilling the prize, complying with applicable laws, and other purposes described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
By participating, entrants agree to the applicable Redline Racing Privacy Policy.
17. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are subject to applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited or otherwise required by applicable law.
All issues concerning the interpretation, validity, construction, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
18. DISPUTES
To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

20. OFFICIAL RULES
A complete copy of these Official Rules will be made available to participants throughout the Giveaway Period.
In the event of any conflict between promotional materials, social-media posts, advertisements, or other Giveaway communications and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control.
