If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each claim on a case-by-case basis and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Orders associated with promotional giveaways or giveaway entries are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. Any refunded, canceled, or chargeback orders will have any associated giveaway entries voided.
